Digital Brand Manager (Contract)

Glass Ceilings is a women's networking and education platform that connects women across the country and the globe with other women seeking to level up and shatter glass ceilings. We support women through in person and virtual events, educational materials, mastermind groups, networking circles and coaching. Women who join our membership get exclusive access to even more educational material and support in growing their business or their career.

We're seeking an experienced digital brand marketing manager to join us for a 3 to 6 month contract for approximately 15-20 hours a month. The right candidate may also be interested in joining our founding team.

Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for bringing the Glass Ceilings brand to life and support top of the funnel visibility for brand.

  • Develop campaign initiatives and strategy that support the growth of revenue and attendance at events and membership sales.

  • Develop a marketing strategy that includes paid ads, social media and other avenues to generate brand awareness.

  • Assist with incorporating our brand partners into our marketing strategy including event sponsors, visiting educators and guest speakers at our events.

  • Identify additional resources that may be needed including graphic designers and copywriters.

  • Create brand assets and copy for social media and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, communications or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing supporting national brands.

  • Ability to design, create and execute campaigns from ideation to distribution on media channels.

  • Experience in experiential events and tech is preferred.
