Glass Ceilings Inc was founded in 2023 by Erica Vargas and Angela Melpolder. As leaders in their own spaces (corporate work and business ownership) they recognized a need for more development of female leaders - but we also need community to connect and build relationships with other women in a similar space.

Whether you are a seasoned leader in the corporate world, you're an entrepreneur who leads a team as you grow your business or if you're entering or trying to enter leadership roles - we want to meet you! This is a non-scary networking event, meant to help you connect with other leaders in Austin. While we appreciate male allies for women in leadership, this event is specifically for women and those who identify as women. We will be hosting additional coed events in the future!
